My story

After working more than 20 years in different education settings as a special needs teacher, Assistant Headteacher, Head of School then Lead SEND Advisor I decided to set up my own company. My aim is to use tailored strategies and resources to get the very best out of the children with SEN. I always studied, attended training, joined groups of professionals to improve my practice and enable the children to develop. Working as a consultant and trainer I would like to share my passion and experience with all the others who decided to support and teach our unique children.

Testimonials

Javene Piper

SENCo

"As a SENCo, much of my work utilises a multidisciplinary approach. Having worked alongside many professionals within education, my mentorship under Dr Simon has been one of the most memorable learning experiences I have had. We worked successfully as a team because of her understanding of SEND provision and how the students’ needs can impact how they access their learning. Her extensive knowledge of school improvement and curriculum development is all informed by the student and the educational environment. If I had a chance to work with her again, I would not hesitate."

Amy Hogg

Head of Safeguarding

"Izabella is a true inspiration with an expansive insight into the complexities of supporting and safeguarding young people with SEND in today’s challenging climate. I learnt so much working alongside Izabella and I know that her positive impact still felt by the young people she supported."

Amanda Bridgeman

SEN Teacher

"I met Izabella as a Teaching Assistant, she inspired me to become a teacher and supported me through my first year in an SEN school. I have attended many training sessions led by Izabella. The practical classroom-based sessions are invaluable, especially for a new teacher. I am much more confident to use the strategies and prepare high quality resources for the children with ASD in my class."
